In past semesters I've taught Computer Fundamentals (CIS101), Exploring Computer Science - Web Unit (CIS189), Web Programming I (CIS375), Database Systems (CIS 411), .NET Programming - C# (CIS425), Object Oriented Programming (Java) (CIS425), Electronic Commerce Technologies (CIS427), Web Programming II (CIS475) and Visual Basic .NET Programming here at Buffalo State. I look forward to learning from and with you all this semester.
I have been teaching at UB for over 35 years. I have taught for the former Informatics Program, the Department of Information Science (Graduate School of Education), the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Computational Data-Enabled Science and Engineering and Millard Fillmore College. I have also taught at Niagara County Community College Digital Media Department and Trocaire College Business Information Department.
In past semesters, I have taught Introduction to Computing (CSE101), Introduction to Programming with Java (CSE115), Introduction to Computer Literacy (LIS506), Introduction to Microcomputer Applications (MFC118), Web Programming II (MFC 211), Web Programming I (INF/MFC/CDA215), Systems Analysis and Design (MFC310), Database Management Concepts (LIS569), and a few other courses at UB and Introduction to Web Design (DIG111) and Advanced Web Design (DIG112) at NCCC and Information Literacy (BU099) and Information Technology (BU132) at Trocaire.
I also do consulting and contract training in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, etc.), database design (Oracle, MySQL, and SQL), and web design.
